My own 4 simple rules on healthy life (#31)

I’m not the next expert in the field of how to be health while living in a constant stress, working 12 hours a day in from of the computer and eating fast-foods only. There is no one easy rule to follow.

But I want to share a few simple rules, that have helped me a lot. From being tired immediately after waking up now I moved to feel good enough for the entire day.

And it is not about a complicated diet or spohisticated exercise program. It’s about:

  • Drinking a lot of water (as regular, as possible)
  • Eating as little sugar as possible (sweet drinks and sweets have most of it)
  • Moving as regular as possible (in my case – boxing 2 or 3 times a week)
  • Sleeping enough (following the rule that if you feel sleepy don’t drink another coffee but go sleep).

I tried it myself – it really works.

So before even thinking about more sophisticated, new ways of becoming fit, try the simplest.
